My name is Lori-Ann Rickard. I’m a healthcare lawyer who has worked in and around healthcare providers for the past 28 years. I’m also a single mother of two girls, a daughter who cared for her aging parents, and a sister who has helped her six siblings and her extended family and friends with the many healthcare issues that can arise for families, large and small.
